Store Credit Policy
1. Duplicate Orders
If you accidentally place duplicate orders for the same item, please contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours. Once confirmed, we will issue store credit for the duplicate order(s) in the form of a coupon code. This store credit can be used for future purchases on our website.
2. Change of Mind
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase. If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped, you may request store credit instead of proceeding with the order. This credit will also be provided as a coupon code for the value of the original purchase and can be redeemed on our website within 6 months.
How to Use Store Credits
Store credits are issued as a unique coupon code that can be entered during checkout on our website. The credit amount will be deducted from your total purchase value. Please note:
- Store credits cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Credits must be used within 6 months.
- Each store credit code can be applied to one transaction only.

A 3% plus GST charge will be deducted from the refund amount for orders canceled without a valid reason.
Conditions for Return
Return are applicable for specific reasons only, including product damage, or quantity discrepancies.
- The product must be returned in the same condition as it was when delivered to you.
- It should match the item originally shipped.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- To qualify for a refund, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Reporting Damaged or Defective Items
- In the event of receiving damaged or defective items, please promptly report the issue to our Customer Service team within 48 hours of receiving the products.
- The refund request will be processed after confirmation of the issue by our merchant.
Discrepancies in Product Descriptions
If the product you receive does not correspond to what was displayed on our website or fails to meet your expectations, please inform our Customer Service Team within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Initiating a Return Request
- To raise a return request, send an email to support@greengardenvibes.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number, which you received via email or message after placing your order.
- We highly value your feedback; feel free to provide comments on why you are requesting a return. Your feedback aids us in improving our products and services.
- After validation and analysis by our customer support team, refunds will be processed in 5-7 working days.
- Kindly note that the refund will be credited only after the product has been return to our hub. All refunds will be processed in the form of store credits. These credits can be applied toward future purchases on our website and are non-transferable.
Seed Germination and Live Plants
- Refunds are not applicable to seeds due to factors affecting germination beyond our control.
- Live plants are exempt from warranty as their growth is influenced by climatic conditions beyond our control.
